Patti Lamb specializes in the placement and development of merchant processing and debit card programs.  She is a noted industry veteran with more than 17 years’ experience in banking, specializing in stored value card development, compliance and merchant accounting. Ms. Lamb began her career on Capital Hill where she served as press secretary to The Hon. Kenneth Gray (D-IL) and then executive assistant to Thomas P. “Tip” O’Neill, former Speaker of the House of Representatives.  She currently consults with financial institutions, card issuers andtransaction processors for compliance issues and debit card programs.
