Ms. Lamb has more than 12 years' experience in financial institution marketing, sales, consumer and commercial lending and technical development.

As marketing director for ePacific.com, she spearheaded the development and rollout of the first stored value card program to be used for making commission payments in the network marketing industry.

Patti worked on Capital Hill for several years, serving in a variety of legislative and press positions, most recently as deputy press secretary for The Honorable Thomas P. "Tip" O'Neill, former Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.

Recognized as an authority in the stored value/debit card arena, Ms. Lamb consults with many major financial institutions and organizations on card programs and on the attendant regulatory issues. She also lends her expertise to banks and card program sponsors ensuring her clients compliance with ever-changing Federal and state regulations and is certified as a Visa and MasterCard program specialist. Her work is published frequently in industry publications.

Ms. Lamb was graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri with degrees in journalism and political science.
